1．Manifold Drilling Composition: The machine is consist of Frame, Feeding Axis,Rotation Axis,Punching & Flanging mechanism, Clamping Mechanism, Hydau.system and control system.
2．Manifold Drilling Machine Frame: Frame is welded by section steel bar through vibration aging treatment which ensure the frame has good rigidity and plane precision for installation.
There is four mounting anchor for level adjustment for setting up. In order to meet designed strength and surface function, Related metal part will be correct surface treatment such as electroplating, quenching,carburization,electrostatic spraying and so on according to the requirements
3．Manifold Drilling Machine Feeding & Rotation Axis: This mechanism is composed of precise slideway,ball screw and servo motor,which ensure accurate positioning of feeding and rotation.
